We had a good experience using Puddle Proof Basement Solutions to help correct some water issues in our basement. They had to come out a few times to fully address our issue, but they were always responsive and professional.

PROFESSIONAL FROM BEGINNING TO COMPLETION. I needed a large sidewalk section lifted and was recommended to another company in Crystal Lake. I had called in early summer and was told due to Corona they were not coming to Sprig Grove yet but would be in about 2 weeks so I should call back then. I actually waited 6 weeks and called again only to be told they still were not coming to my area. I started looking for another company and chose Puddle Proof Basement Solutions based on the good reviews. I couldn't be happier. The owner came out the next morning and gave me an estimate followed up by an email with the proposal that I could approve and sign online within the hour. That was followed by an appointment email. He had someone available to come the next day but I had a conflict so made the appointment for 2 days later. The man who came to do the work was very professional and did an excellent job. Everyone I dealt with including the woman who manages the office were very friendly and pleasant to deal with The whole experience was handled in speedy and professional manner so I would highly recommend this company.

Hired this company to install 3 window well drains last year in August. The drains have been effective, even through all the heavy rains this year. The price was fair, and the crew was professional. I recently purchased a building with a foundation in severe disrepair - standing water, two walls cracked and bowing inward, and only one sump pit that couldn't keep up. Fernando and team from Puddle Proof Basement Solutions were terrific from the first appointment. They proposed the right solutions, provided an extremely competitive price, and completed this complex project in just 4 days (interior drain tile throughout the entire 2200 sq ft basement, epoxy inject all cracks, additional sump pit with drain pipe properly buried to depth, and applied 9 carbon fiber straps for additional bracing). An 8-man crew showed up early on day 1 and worked long hours each day. They have an excellent system/operation. Our basement is now bone dry, smells incredibly better, and just feels better. I wouldn't think twice about who to call if ever I needed another building repaired. Thanks again guys.
